Job Description
As an Associate Manager within our Fund Administration team, you will oversee day‑to‑day corporate secretarial operations while guiding a team and managing key stakeholder relationships. You will ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, uphold internal controls, and provide technical leadership that supports high‑quality service delivery across your client portfolio.
What you will do
- You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth coordination on operational and client‑related matters.
- You’ll ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and internal governance requirements across all corporate secretarial activities.
- You’ll manage client relationships, act as a trusted point of escalation, and provide responsive, solution‑focused support.
- You’ll monitor team performance and workload, review outputs, and maintain accuracy and quality standards while providing technical guidance.
- You’ll oversee corporate secretarial operations—including preparing and reviewing documentation, supporting board and committee meetings, taking minutes, managing post‑meeting actions, and driving process improvements and best practices.

Qualifications
About You
- You hold a degree and/or a fully recognised professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or another relevant certification, reflecting your strong technical foundation.
- You bring solid experience in Fund Accounting (close‑ended or open‑ended) or Corporate Accounting, giving you the confidence to oversee complex portfolios.
- You have people management experience and enjoy coaching, guiding, and developing others.
- You have mastered applicable accounting standards, including IFRS and relevant GAAPs, and can apply them effectively in a fund administration environment.
- You have a proven ability to build and maintain strong operational relationships with senior‑level clients, acting as a trusted partner and escalation point.
