Job Description
- Co-ordinate and perform the day-to-day administrative tasks for clients, in accordance with internal policies, IQ EQ service standards and local regulations.
- Prepare, arrange execution, process and store documents such as board resolutions, agreements, powers of attorney, instruments.
- Liaise and prepare forms to be filed with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies (e.g. company incorporation, name application, changes of shareholders/ directors/ registered office/ secretary/ articles, submission of annual returns).
- Maintaining corporate registers and monitoring changes.
- Liaise with external advisers (lawyers, auditors etc).
- Dealing with client onboarding, due diligence compliance in accordance with IQ EQ standards and local rules and regulations.
- Assist with the opening and maintaining bank accounts in both local and international banking institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries.
- Work closely with the corporate and accounting teams, supporting each other to meet client needs.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, service standards, company policies and procedures, as well as agreed operational and control processes.
- Support the team with any additional ad-hoc requests.
Qualifications
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Law, is considered an advantage but not a requirement
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position, in the Corporate / Fiduciary Services
- Knowledge of MS office, is essential
- Fluent in Greek and English language
- Very good organisational skills
- Very good teamwork and communication skills
- Evidence of commitment to high standards of client service, based on understanding needs and delivering solutions
