Job Description
What you’ll do
- You’ll build and manage strong client relationships, acting as the first point of contact for portfolios in Real Estate, Private Equity, Debt, and Fund of Funds.
- You’ll deliver customer-centric solutions while ensuring compliance with internal Depositary procedures and maintaining accurate documentation.
- You’ll perform cash monitoring, reconciliations, oversight duties, and prepare year-end asset positions with precision and timeliness.
- You’ll collect and review transactional documents, verify ownership chains, and participate in projects to support operational excellence.
- You’ll coordinate with internal and external stakeholders—including AIFMs, Administrators, Advisors, Auditors, and Credit Institutions—to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications
- You hold a Bac+2 in legal or economic studies, or a university degree in law or economics, which is considered an advantage.
- You bring 1–3 years of experience in the PE&RE sector as a depositary officer, administrator/accountant officer in fund administration, or auditor.
- You possess strong knowledge and understanding of PE&RE structures, constitutional documents, legal documentation supporting PE/RE funds and transactions, and investment instruments.
- You are fluent in English, proficient in MS Office tools (particularly Word and Excel), and demonstrate excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- You show initiative and the capacity to take ownership, which is regarded as a valuable asset.
