Job Description
As an Executive within our Enterprise Risk and Regulatory Affairs team, you will play a key role in strengthening the organisation’s risk governance framework. You will contribute to the development, enhancement, and implementation of enterprise‑wide risk structures while supporting regulatory compliance initiatives and addressing complex queries. Working closely with senior team members, you will support policy development, risk assessments, reporting, and continuous improvement activities that help ensure the organisation remains resilient, compliant, and well-governed.
What you will do:
- You’ll help maintain and enhance local policies, procedures, processes, and guidance notes that support strong risk and compliance practices
- You’ll assist in conducting enterprise‑wide and regulatory risk assessments or audits, identifying risks, control gaps, and operational losses
- You’ll support the assessment and investigation of Risk Events and Complaints, and experience with MetricStream will be a bonus as you navigate these workflows
- You’ll contribute to the preparation and reporting of Key Risk Indicators, as well as support RCSA (Risk Control Self‑Assessment) and Business Impact Assessment workshops across the business
- You’ll stay alert to new regulatory developments, update key registers (Risk, Regulatory, and Personal & Ethics Compliance), support committee and Board reporting, and assist with a range of other compliance and risk‑related deliverables.

Qualifications
About You
- You’ve earned a degree in finance, financial services, compliance, risk, or a related field - or you’ve built strong practical experience that demonstrates your capability in these areas
- You’re interested in deepening your expertise in compliance and risk, and holding (or working toward) a professional certification in these fields is a strong advantage
- You bring meaningful experience from the financial services sector, ideally with exposure to risk management, compliance, audit, or control functions
- You have a solid understanding of compliance concepts, risk frameworks, and the regulatory landscape, and you’re confident applying these in a practical, business‑focused way
- You’re comfortable using Office tools - especially Excel - and you enjoy working with data, models, and analytical tools to support effective reporting and decision‑making
