Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role provides essential support in payment processing and data administration, primarily handling routine and straightforward transactions. The position focuses on maintaining accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day operations while developing foundational knowledge of core banking systems, processes, and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process standard payment transactions in line with established procedures and controls
  • Maintain and update basic system data, ensuring accuracy and data quality
  • Follow checklists and guidelines to minimize operational risk
  • Respond to routine client queries and support basic transaction requests
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely completion of time reporting

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU

  • 0–1 year of experience in payment processing, banking, or administrative support, with basic knowledge of financial transactions
  • Proficiency in payment/banking systems and strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and data quality
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management, including accurate time reporting
  • Clear communication skills, customer-focused approach, and ability to follow procedures while escalating complex issues
  • Willingness to learn, adaptable mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement
