Job Description
Are you an experienced Project Manager who enjoys bringing structure to complex projects, working with a wide range of stakeholders, and driving successful outcomes?
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Change Delivery team on a temporary contract basis for 12 months working hybrid from ou r Hyderabad office. You’ll play a key role in delivering strategic business initiatives across the IQ-EQ Group, with an immediate focus on leading a SharePoint Online migration project.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of high-impact projects, collaborate with global teams, and help shape the future of how we work.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Leading end-to-end project delivery, from initiation and planning through to execution, governance and project closure
- Managing the SharePoint Online migration project, ensuring timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies are effectively controlled
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, driving engagement and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Leading and motivating project teams, coordinating internal and external resources to achieve successful project outcomes
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies, governance processes and best practices

Qualifications
ABOUT YOU
You’ll have at least 2 years’ experience delivering end-to-end project management across a variety of complex projects, supported by a recognised Project Management qualification (Prince2 desirable) and experience using project management tools and methodologies
You are an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills, confident engaging with subject matter experts, customers, suppliers, peers and senior leaders, and capable of delivering clear written, verbal and presentation-based communication
You’re highly organised, proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise effectively, manage multiple deadlines, work under pressure and take ownership of your workload with a positive, can-do attitude
You’ll possess strong technical skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with experience using Microsoft Word, Visio and other business applications to support project delivery and reporting
You’ll bring a creative and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving, ideally gained within a fast-paced, evolving environment with globally distributed teams. Experience in Financial Services, Private Equity, Investor Services or technology project implementation, along with a degree and Prince2 certification, would be advantageous
