Job Description
Ce que vous ferez:
- Vous apportez vos compétences acquises au sein de banques dépositaires, sociétés de gestion de portefeuille ou conseillers en gestion de patrimoine, avec des pratiques fonctionnelles et opérationnelles.
- Vous apportez vos compétences acquises au sein de cabinets d’audit ou de conseils spécialisés auprès des prestataires de services d’investissement ou dans la création de produits d’épargne (OPCVM ou FIA).
- Vous assistez, sous la responsabilité d’un manager, dans des missions liées à la création de sociétés de gestion et autres acteurs régulés (PSI, PSAN, PSFP…).
- Vous contribuez à la mise en place de nouvelles activités et stratégies, en développant vos compétences au fil des missions.
- Vous enrichissez votre expertise en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec des équipes spécialisées et des acteurs régulés du secteur financier.
Qualifications
- Vous accompagnez les clients dans la structuration de l’entité cible, la définition du périmètre d’activité et des statuts réglementaires envisagés.
- Vous participez à la rédaction des documents constitutifs pour les demandes d’agrément ou d’autorisation, ainsi qu’aux réponses aux autorités de tutelle (AMF, ACPR).
- Vous élaborez les documents normatifs nécessaires au lancement des activités, tels que procédures, politiques et cartographies.
- Vous contribuez à la veille réglementaire et à sa diffusion auprès des clients, tout en renforçant l’offre interne du « Pôle Agrément ».
- Vous apportez curiosité pour les marchés financiers, qualités rédactionnelles, esprit d’équipe, rigueur et un niveau d’études Bac+5 minimum (Grande école et/ou 3e cycle universitaire).
