Job Description
As a Senior Executive within our Investor Services team, you will take ownership of end‑to‑end transfer agency and investor‑related activities for a portfolio of funds. You’ll work closely with clients, investors, and internal teams to ensure accurate processing of investor transactions, timely reporting, and full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. Your attention to detail, proactive communication, and strong sense of ownership will be key to delivering a high‑quality investor experience.
What you will do
- You’ll manage the full transfer agency lifecycle, including subscriptions, redemptions, share transfers, capital calls, settlements, dividend notices, and trade instructions—ensuring accuracy and adherence to agreed deadlines.
- You’ll act as a primary contact for clients and investors, handling day‑to‑day queries, collecting and analysing investor instructions, and proactively flagging issues before they escalate into complaints.
- You’ll ensure investor data is complete and compliant, including FATCA/CRS requirements, Customer Due Diligence documentation, and necessary approvals for omnibus accounts, PEPs, and REPs.
- You’ll prepare and deliver daily, monthly, and ad‑hoc investor reporting while maintaining accurate investor registers and providing timely updates to Accounting and Company Secretarial teams following corporate actions.
- You’ll maintain high operational standards by updating planning information, safeguarding information assets, and consistently applying diligence, organisation, and ownership across all deliverables.

Qualifications
About You
- You hold a relevant degree or are partly qualified ICSA, and bring a strong technical foundation in investor services or fund administration.
- You bring strong experience in a similar role within fund administration, transfer agency, or investor services, and are confident managing end‑to‑end investor processes.
- You have a solid understanding of FSC laws and regulations applicable to open‑ended and closed‑ended funds, along with basic accounting knowledge.
- You’re highly organised and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple investor instructions, deadlines, and stakeholder interactions with accuracy and professionalism.
- You’re comfortable using MS Office (Word & Excel) and have working knowledge of Microgen, and you communicate fluently in English while building strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
