Job Description

Are you an accounting professional with experience working with Open-Ended funds and hybrid fund structures? If so, we are looking for you! Our t eam based in Luxembourg is hiring, so if you’re interested then please apply to find out more information.

What you’ll do

  • You’ll prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and investor reporting packages, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery

  • You’ll manage complex topics including carried interest, waterfalls, and profit distribution mechanisms across Private Equity and Real Estate structures

  • You’ll develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their operational and strategic needs and delivering tailored, high‑quality solutions

  • You’ll collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data consistency, process efficiency, and alignment with organizational objectives

  • You’ll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements, sharing insights, and supporting the evolution of best practices.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of debt products, including loans and bonds, derivatives and Share class performance analysis
  • Previous accounting experience mainly in closed-ended funds and open-ended funds, with different asset classes
  • ACCA is a great asset.
