Job Description
Are you an accounting professional with experience working with Open-Ended funds and hybrid fund structures? If so, we are looking for you! Our t eam based in Luxembourg is hiring, so if you’re interested then please apply to find out more information.
What you’ll do
You’ll prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and investor reporting packages, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
You’ll manage complex topics including carried interest, waterfalls, and profit distribution mechanisms across Private Equity and Real Estate structures
You’ll develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their operational and strategic needs and delivering tailored, high‑quality solutions
You’ll collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data consistency, process efficiency, and alignment with organizational objectives
You’ll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements, sharing insights, and supporting the evolution of best practices.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of debt products, including loans and bonds, derivatives and Share class performance analysis
- Previous accounting experience mainly in closed-ended funds and open-ended funds, with different asset classes
- ACCA is a great asset.
