Job Description
Join our dynamic Private Wealth team as a Senior Manager, where you’ll lead a high‑performing client administration function and oversee a diverse, high-value portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to shape team culture, drive operational excellence, and build strong client and intermediary relationships. You’ll play a key part in business growth, risk management, and delivering exceptional client service across our global network. What You’ll Do -
- Lead and manage a high-performing Client Administration Team, ensuring excellent service delivery, effective allocation of client work, smooth onboarding of new business, and strong adherence to company policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks.
- Oversee a complex, high-value client portfolio (c. £2.5m revenue) by providing senior-level technical expertise, supporting complex transactions, conducting fee reviews, improving profitability, and ensuring commercial targets—such as revenue, utilisation, debtor days, and cash collection—are consistently achieved.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by contributing to process enhancements, embedding risk management practices, monitoring KPI performance, and leading financial and operational projects.
- Develop people and culture through coaching, identifying training needs, managing career conversations, fostering a client service and business development mindset, and ensuring strong alignment with Group Values.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, identifying business opportunities, developing intermediary connections to generate new business, supporting regulatory/legislative impact assessments, and representing the business at client, advisor, and cross-functional meetings.

Qualifications
- Professional qualifications such as ICSA, STEP, or an equivalent, supported by a minimum of 10 years’ relevant industry experience and strong technical knowledge of fiduciary duties, trust and company administration, and taxation as it relates to these structures.
- In-depth understanding of laws governing Trust Company Business, including knowledge of relevant legislation across multiple jurisdictions and the ability to interpret trust and company legal documents accurately.
- Strong analytical, numeracy, and IT skills, with high attention to detail, accuracy, and proficiency in relevant systems and applications.
- Demonstrated capability in managing workflow, working collaboratively, motivating teams through change, and maintaining resilience under pressure while upholding integrity, equality, and diversity.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a commitment to self-development, risk awareness, and supporting a client-focused, commercially effective team environment.
