Job Description
Role Summary
You will lead IT operations across India (GCD and regional teams), serving as the single point of accountability for service delivery, team management, and business engagement. You play a critical role in supporting the expanding Hyderabad operations while ensuring full alignment with IQ‑EQ’s global technology standards.
Key Responsibilities
- You’ll lead and manage the India IT Support team (L1/L2, local and remote), acting as the primary Technology point of contact for business stakeholders while ensuring service delivery meets SLAs, KPIs, and global standards.
- You’ll oversee incident, problem, and major incident management, handle escalations, manage joiners/movers/leavers (JML), asset lifecycle, and on‑site support, and provide regular SLA and KPI reporting to Business and Group Technology.
- You’ll drive operational governance, vendor and third‑party management, office expansions, infrastructure rollouts, capacity planning, and continuous service improvement initiatives in close coordination with global Infrastructure, Security, Applications, and Cloud teams.
- You’ll apply strong technical expertise across EUC, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Azure AD, networking, ITSM tools, and security technologies, while ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC, ISAE, MAS TRM, and DORA.
- You’ll build, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams, communicate confidently with senior stakeholders, gather business requirements, translate them into effective technology solutions, and thrive in high‑pressure environments with a focus on stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- You have 8–12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, End‑User Computing (EUC), or IT Support, with proven hands‑on team management experience in global or multi‑regional environments.
- You possess strong ITIL knowledge and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills when engaging with technical and business stakeholders.
- You ensure consistent adherence to SLAs and KPIs, maintaining stable, reliable, and high‑performing IT operations.
- You provide clear monthly reporting and visibility on service performance while proactively driving high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- You uphold a strong audit, risk, and compliance posture while continuously improving service delivery and operational effectiveness.
