Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

TECHNOLOGY LEAD - DIGITAL & AI SOLUTIONS

Office: Hyderabad

Department: Digital & AI

Reports to: Director - Digital & AI Solutions

Responsibilities (how we will measure success)

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of digital and AI solutions, including but not limited to AI/ML        systems, LLMs, retrievable augmented generation, Advance machine learning algorithms, natural language        processing applications, computer vision systems, and predictive analytics models.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, data scientists, and engineers, ensuring      the successful execution of projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for innovation, and    translate technical concepts into actionablestrategies.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in digital and AI to drive continuous improvement and maintain a competitive edge.

• Oversee the implementation of robust software development methodologies, quality assurance processes,         and security standards to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of digital and AI solutions using AI/ML     in Python: Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras, leveraging LLMs, transfer learning, and AWS             Bedrock for scalable AI applications.

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the technology team, promoting         professional growth and development opportunities for team members.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on digital and AI technologies, providing insights, recommendations, and           thought leadership to senior management and key stakeholders.

• Continuous Improvement: Support in the development of Monitoring and evaluation tools/ procedures the           performance of Digital & AI solutions conducting post-implementation reviews, and implementing lessons           learned to improve future decision-making and outcomes.

• Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline technical solutions across IQ-EQ to improve           efficiency and optimize resource utilization.

Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to core Digital & AI product deployments and preparing reports for management and stakeholders for scheduled and ad-hoc forums.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related.

• Proven experience (6+ years) in leading digital and AI projects from conception

to delivery, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

• Strong technical expertise in digital technologies, including web and mobile

development, cloud computing, big data analytics, and IoT.

• Deep understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and algorithms, such as

machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language

processing.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, as well as

familiarity with relevant frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch,

scikit-learn, AI/ML in Python, Keras, leveraging LLMs, transfer learning, and

AWS Bedrock).

• Experience in developing commercial Models

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex

technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating highperforming

teams.

• Proven problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset.

• Undertake any additional reasonable duties as required by IQ-EQ

Desired Criteria:

• Systems Analysis Qualification

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., AWS Certified

Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure AI Engineer).

• Experience of operating within a firm that shares some of the following features: -

o Globally distributed teams

o Financial Services

o Fast paced and rapidly evolving environment

• Knowledge of or experience working in a Private Equity / Investor services industry
