In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our students, parents, and educators, providing them with high-quality support and guidance. Your primary responsibilities will include answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our services. Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist with course registrations, account issues, and financial transactions.
Support users in troubleshooting technical issues related to our learning platform.
Provide information about course offerings and educational resources.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to improve our services.
Work collaboratively with other teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Identify opportunities for upselling and improving customer satisfaction.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
A proactive attitude with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
