We started Practice Better in 2014 to provide an all-in-one EHR (Electronic Health Record) and practice management software for holistic health and wellness professionals. Our platform is used by over 50,000 practitioners worldwide, including chiropractors, nurse practitioners, medical doctors, functional medicine practitioners, naturopathic doctors, personal trainers, health coaches, dietitians, nutritionists, and mental health professionals.

Our software helps practitioners manage their operations and improve client care. It offers tools for nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and ongoing support, helping them attract, retain, and serve clients more effectively. Key features include automated admin tasks, secure client messaging, integrated billing, booking and scheduling, and the ability to sell online programs. Our platform also supports scaling practices beyond one-on-one sessions, provides ready-made charting templates, and facilitates secure integrated telehealth sessions. Clients can use food and lifestyle journaling, and practitioners can create custom plans and protocols. We integrate with That Clean Life for nutrition planning, recipe access, and meal plan creation. Our operations comply with HIPAA, PIPEDA, and GDPR regulations. We are based in Toronto, Canada, with a distributed team across North America, and our platform is used in over 40 countries.
