We are in need of a Spending & Activation Specialist is a critical growth-focused role responsible for maximizing customer value across Jeeves’ entire user base. This position sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and data, driving tangible results by increasing the adoption and usage of Jeeves’ financial products.The role reports to the Head of Marketing and is part of a global marketing team. It involves an 80% Global focus on strategic growth initiatives and a 20% Local focus on optimizing and executing tailored programs for the local market.
Location: This role is based out of São Paulo, Brazil, and is a full-time position where it is required to come into our office at complexo JK Iguatemi (2-3 days/week). #LI-Hybrid
About the role
- The Spending & Activation Specialist is a critical growth-focused role responsible for maximizing customer value across Jeeves’ entire user base. This position sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and data, driving tangible results by increasing the adoption and usage of Jeeves’ financial products.The role reports to the Head of Marketing and is part of a global marketing team. It involves an 80% Global focus on strategic growth initiatives and a 20% Local focus on optimizing and executing tailored programs for the Colombian market.
🌍 Global Responsibilities (80%)
- Analyze: Pareto of customers, industries, products and regions.
- Design and execute: Activation, upsell, cross-sell and re-engagement campaigns.
- Partner with: Product, CS and Data to identify expansion opportunities.
- Build: Lifecycle marketing programs, usage nudges and behavioral triggers.
- Drive: Increased usage of cards, stablecoin and payment products.
- Optimize: Spend volume, ARPU and product adoption by cohort.
Local Responsibilities (20%)
- Coordinate: Local customer activations, workshops and events locally.
- Develop deep understanding of: Local customer behavior and opportunities.
- Support:Country-specific campaigns and materials.

🧬 Ideal Profile
- 5+ years of experience in FMCGs, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, or Customer Success.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field.
- Proficiency in SQL, or similar data querying languageExperience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot)
- Previous experience in FinTech, B2B SaaS, or high-growth startup environments.
- Strong mix of growth, data and user psychology
- Thinks in habits and behaviors, not just campaigns
- Obsessed with extracting more value from the existing customer base
- Fluent in English, Jeeves is a global company and English is the language we use internally to communicate between regions
- Agile and able to pivot quickly with the changing environment
- Collaborative and team oriented
