About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized Partner Marketing Project Coordinator to support the execution and coordination of AI and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) co-marketing programs.
This is a hands-on execution role focused on keeping partner marketing initiatives moving—coordinating campaign deliverables, managing cross-functional workstreams, tracking timelines, and helping produce and organize partner-facing content. The broader partner marketing team will set strategy and own partner relationships, while this person will ensure day-to-day activities remain organized, documented, and on schedule.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, can manage multiple concurrent workstreams, and brings strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through. This person should also be comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research, content development, and reporting.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the day-to-day execution of co-marketing campaigns, including routing deliverables, tracking approvals, managing asset handoffs, and completing launch checklists.
Keep cross-functional workstreams involving product marketing, events, communications, creative, and developer relations on schedule.
Schedule working sessions, document action items, and follow up with stakeholders to drive tasks through completion.
Maintain project trackers, campaign calendars, status dashboards, timelines, and shared program documentation.
Proactively identify and escalate risks, blockers, dependencies, and slipping deadlines.
Help assemble, format, and organize partner-facing content, including case studies, one-pagers, email nurtures, ISV integration guides, and webinar presentations.
Coordinate logistics with ISV partner marketing contacts, including scheduling, asset sharing, and tracking joint deliverables.
Support events, technical webinars, and developer workshops through registration, run-of-show development, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up.
Compile campaign performance data, update recurring reports and dashboards, and prepare program readouts.
Use AI tools to develop first-pass content, summarize research, streamline reporting, and improve turnaround times.
Keep shared drives, trackers, templates, and program materials accurate, current, and easy to navigate.
6+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, campaign operations, or marketing/agency execution.
Demonstrated success coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and project-tracking skills, including experience maintaining trackers, checklists, timelines, and status updates.
Experience working directly with third-party partners, such as technology platforms, ISVs, agencies, or enterprise software companies.
Clear and dependable written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to proactively follow up on outstanding inputs and keep stakeholders informed.
Experience executing within established processes, templates, and brand or content guidelines.
Strong attention to detail, dependable follow-through, and comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Professional experience using generative AI tools, LLMs, or automation to support content development, research, or reporting.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, shared drives, project trackers, and other common marketing and collaboration platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coordinating B2B technology, partner marketing, channel marketing, alliance marketing, or co-marketing programs.
- Experience supporting ISV or technology-platform partner programs.
- Working knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, foundation models, or generative AI.
