Job Description
Our client is looking for a bilingual recruiter (French and English) who lives in France. The role is fully remote and is a six-month contract. The recruiter will be recruiting for roles such corp, engineering, service sales.
**Responsibilities:**
- Source, identify, and screen qualified candidates for corporate, engineering, and service sales positions using various recruitment channels and databases
- Conduct initial telephone and video interviews in both French and English to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit
- Manage the full recruitment pipeline from job posting through candidate placement, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles
- Post and promote open positions on relevant job boards and professional networks to maximize candidate visibility
- Screen resumes and applications, identifying top candidates who meet specified qualifications and experience requirements
- Provide regular recruitment updates and reporting to clients, including pipeline status and candidate metrics
- Ensure compliance with French and international recruitment regulations and best practices throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- Must live in France
- Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal)
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional recruitment experience
- Proven experience recruiting for corporate, engineering, and/or sales positions
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct effective telephone and video interviews
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
- Knowledge of French and international employment regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with job boards and professional networking platforms
- Experience with bilingual recruitment or international hiring
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
