Job Description
Bitarchitects is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate with 2+ years of experience in customer service, client support, or a related field who enjoys communicating with people, assisting with inquiries, and providing professional support. This is an opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-growing company.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Provide clear and helpful responses while addressing questions and requests.
- Review and qualify incoming inquiries, gather project details, and coordinate calls with the appropriate team members when further discussion is needed.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, communications, and follow-up activities.
- Assist with administrative tasks, document preparation, and maintaining organized records.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, client support, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional, organized, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to listen, understand needs, and handle inquiries effectively.
- Fluent in English.

Work Arrangement:
- Fully remote work.
- Working hours: 8:00 AM ET to 5:00 PM ET (Washington, DC time).
