Source, evaluate, and manage investments for venture capital/private equity funds by conducting rigorous due diligence, building value-creation plans, and supporting portfolio performance.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Screen and underwrite target investments efficiently
- Deliver accurate investment theses and valuations
- Execute deals and manage portfolio investment actively
- Monitor KPIs and drive value-creation initiatives
- Report performance and compliance to stakeholders
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field
- Relevant experience in VC/PE investing, IB, or consulting
- Strong financial modeling and valuation knowledge
- Experience running diligence and investment processes
- Knowledge of term sheets, legal documentation, and governance
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in investment, venture capital, private equity or related filed.
- Financial modeling (DCF, LBO, comparables)
- Valuation methods and deal structuring
- Due diligence (financial, legal, commercial)
- Portfolio KPI tracking and reporting
- CRM/deal management tools
- Analytical and critical thinking
- Negotiation and stakeholder management
- Attention to detail
- Risk assessment and sound judgment
- Communication and executive presence
