Job description
We are looking for a new delivery manager for our projects department.
The delivery manager is responsible for the Dutch cluster within our projects department of P&C, our Insurance business unit. As a delivery manager you are end-to-end responsible for the project delivery for a group of customers located in the Netherlands, you are the people manager for the committed experts within the cluster and you are also responsible for the revenue, costs and project profitability for all customers in the cluster.
Together with the other Delivery Managers this role is also responsible, for securing best practices in the Delivery P&C teams. You will need to work close together with the other Delivery Managers and DevOps Managers for a necessary prioritization in both customers and employee needs. The manager reports directly to the Lukas van Grunsven.
Key about your responsibilities
End-to-end responsible for all projects in the cluster;
Responsible for people management for a cluster (30+ employees);
Profit & Loss responsible of the cluster;
Participates in steering committees of customers within cluster;
Networking and customer contact on operational and tactical level.
You are skilled at leading and motivating your team. Capable of setting clear expectations, providing guidance and career opportunities.
Committed to understanding and meeting your customer needs. You are capable of building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You are proficient in project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Able to create project plans with your team, allocate resources, and track progress against milestones.
Capable of identifying issues, analysing data, and making informed decisions to address challenges and keep projects on track.
You have experience or affinity with maintaining an accurate and up-to-date financial administration, ensuring that all transactions are recorded and invoiced timely and correctly.
Speaking the Dutch language (near fluently) is mandatory for this role
A monthly gross salary between € 4.100 and € 7.000 based on 40 hours per week;
8% holiday allowance of your total gross salary;
A profit share, which is about one month salary on an annual base;
Travel reimbursement: a NS Business card or mileage allowance (€ 0.23 per km);

A one-year contract that, subject to satisfactory performance, will be converted into a permanent contract;
