We provide personalized, one-on-one physical therapy sessions, delivered either virtually or in your home. Our services help people with injuries or chronic pain get back to their active lives. You can use the Kins App to manage appointments and access your personalized exercise plan.

We accept commercial insurance and Medicare; some copays may be as low as $0. A self-pay option is also available at $125 per session. We offer extended one-on-one time with a therapist, saving you commutes and waiting room time.

To get started, check your eligibility online, then a physical therapist will conduct an in-home evaluation. Your care plan is managed through our mobile app, which offers flexible scheduling.

We treat complex chronic illnesses like Long COVID, POTS, ME/CFS, and dysautonomia, along with pelvic health issues such as postpartum recovery, incontinence, and pain. Our therapists are licensed and experienced.

We believe in evidence-based physical therapy tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Our goal is to make healing accessible and to empower patients to take an active role in their recovery.

We are a team of 11-50 employees who value clinician independence and patient-focused care. Our physical therapists manage their own schedules and caseloads, allowing them to prioritize quality care over patient volume.

Therapists work one-on-one with patients in a hybrid model of at-home and virtual sessions. Our app helps therapists set their hours, message patients, communicate with our staff, conduct virtual appointments, and track patient progress.

We foster a collaborative environment where everyone is dedicated to providing the best patient experience. Most physical therapists work as 1099 independent contractors, and we welcome new graduates. We currently serve New York and Boston.

For Physical Therapists:

• You can set your own schedule, choose where you work, and determine your workload.
• We offer competitive pay, typically $75-$83 per hour.
• We have an uncapped referral bonus program, giving you $750 for each referred physical therapist who completes 30 visits. For Patients:
• We accept commercial insurance and Medicare; some copays may be $0.
• You can use HSA/FSA accounts for payment.
• No prescription is needed to start physical therapy with us.
