We provide individual, couples, and family therapy. We offer services both in-person and virtually, and we focus on working with insurance providers to make care affordable. We aim to set a new standard for mental health care that is both accessible for clients and sustainable for providers. We offer evidence-based therapy, track outcomes, and create personalized care plans.

We were founded in 2018 and have 201-500 employees. We specialize in areas like CBT, DBT, anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, parenthood, grief & loss, chronic insomnia, bipolar disorder, trauma and PTSD, goal setting, mindfulness techniques, skill building, positive psychology, body acceptance, work/life balance, managing stress, self-care routines, time management, personality disorders, breaking patterns, and finding purpose.

We partner with insurance providers including Aetna, Anthem Insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Capital BC of PA, Centivo, Cigna Healthcare, Evernorth Health Services, Health Net, Highmark, Horizon BCBS, Manage Health Network, Moda Health, Optum, Oscar, Regence, UMR, and UHC. Most of our clients pay an average of $28 per session with insurance. Our clients show 30-40% more improvement in depression symptoms compared to clients at other practices, and 89% report a strong relationship with their therapist. Therapy is available in over 40 languages, including Spanish. Over 50% of our therapists identify as Black, Indigenous, or People of Color.
