KOSTAL Group, also known as Leopold Kostal GmbH & Co. KG, is a global family-owned company founded in Germany in 1912. We employ approximately 20,000 people across 46 locations in 21 countries. We develop and manufacture technologically complex electronic and mechatronic products. Our operations span several business divisions: Our Automotive Electrical Systems division focuses on components, modules, and systems for electrical, electronic, and mechatronic technology in car bodies. This includes electromobility solutions like efficient onboard battery chargers, energy conversion systems, vehicle-grid integration, and Compleo charging stations and wallboxes. Our Industrial Electronics division develops products for renewable energy generation and efficient energy use. This includes photovoltaics solutions, the INVEOR drive controller platform, and measurement, control, and regulation electronics. Through KOSTAL Solar Electric GmbH, we distribute inverters, storage systems, wallboxes, and monitoring solutions for solar energy. KOSTAL Connectors develops, manufactures, and distributes innovative connector systems for automotive and industrial applications. These systems are known for their comprehensive capabilities, compact sizes, low weight, high variety, and cost-effectiveness. Our Test Technology (SOMA) division develops, manufactures, and distributes test and automation systems for specific industries and products, including components and systems for handling and dosing industrial lubricants. Finally, vaylens provides charge management software designed for companies to manage and monetize E-charging stations.
