Leadership Connect is seeking a highly motivated and articulate Outreach Associate to join our Data Science team. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate federal workforce data by engaging with government agencies year-round.

Core Functions of the Role:

  • Engage with federal staff to confirm and update office rosters

  • Conduct outreach via phone and email to verify employee names, contact information, and employment status

  • Accurately track and share information promptly

  • Develop and manage your own daily workflow

  • Communicate challenges proactively and help identify solutions

  • Strong communicator who builds rapport easily across multiple channels—including phone, email, and social platforms.

  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy connecting with people.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously

  • Persistence, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset

  • A curiosity-driven approach with a desire to learn and improve existing processes

  • Strong technical aptitude—you can quickly learn new tools and platforms

  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Outlook (Preferred)

  • Knowledge of federal government structure and hierarchy (Preferred)

$40,000 - $44,000 a year
