We also develop cloud software solutions. These include mobile platforms, automated test frameworks, and workforce scheduling optimization. We lead AI/ML initiatives, such as ML-based demand forecasting, to manage the hourly workforce.

We develop and maintain large-scale integration and automation solutions for Legion WFM customers, using public cloud services, enterprise-grade Java services (Spring Boot, Hibernate, MySQL), and secure REST APIs. Our development also focuses on core mobile frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, automation, deployment strategies, and native integrations like Push Notifications and App Security.

Legion has 11-50 employees. The work environment emphasizes cross-functional collaboration across teams like product management, design, QA, engineering, data science, platform engineering, sales, marketing, SDRs, and customer success. Work arrangements include hybrid models in Bucharest, Romania; Bangalore or Pune, India; and fully remote options. Employees can also work from our Redwood City office.
