Job Description
The Renewal Specialist – Product-Led Growth (PLG) plays a key role in driving customer retention and expansion across our high‑velocity PLG motion. In this role, you will engage with existing customers to renew subscriptions, identify upsell opportunities, and deliver concise, value‑focused product demos. Ideal for individuals with SDR or customer‑facing experience, this position requires strong communication skills, comfort in a fast‑paced environment, and the ability to articulate value quickly and clearly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high‑volume portfolio of 25–50 renewals per month, ensuring timely outreach, follow‑up, and completion.
- Engage customers via email, phone, and video to drive renewals and identify add‑on or expansion opportunities.
- Deliver quick, effective product demos tailored to customer needs, highlighting key value drivers and benefits.
- Identify and qualify opportunities for upsells, add‑ons, and package expansions within the existing customer base.
- Maintain accurate records and renewal activities in CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer renewal experience.
- Apply strong communication skills to articulate the value of UserWay by Level Access solutions based on customer needs and product fit.
- Navigate changing priorities and customer needs in a fast‑paced environment while consistently driving toward renewal goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 1–2 years of SDR, sales, or other customer‑facing experience.
- Strong ability to communicate value clearly, quickly, and professionally.
- Organized, goal‑oriented, and comfortable handling a high‑velocity workflow.
- Experience with MS Office and CRM systems; HubSpot and Salesforce experience preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to support customer retention and growth goals.
- Passion for growth, continuous learning, and making an impact within a dynamic environment.
- Bonus - Fluent in other languages
