We are a financial services company founded in 2022. We provide a global payments platform that connects traditional financial systems with digital money.

Our network allows businesses like digital banks, global marketplaces, and creator platforms to make instant Bitcoin and fiat transfers in real-time. Our tools (Connect, UMA, and Spark) simplify global payouts, treasury management, and on/off-ramps. Businesses don’t need to manage fragmented liquidity. Companies like Coinbase and SoFi use our platform. Our developer tools allow for sending and receiving any currency, fiat or crypto, worldwide.

Our main products and APIs are:

• Grid: An API/SDK for sending, receiving, and settling fiat, stablecoins, and bitcoin globally in real-time at low cost.
• Node: This provides Lightning Network capabilities for businesses, handling things like nodes, keys, liquidity, channel balancing, and routing.
• Spark: A Bitcoin Layer 2 solution that lets you move bitcoin and bitcoin-native assets (including stablecoins) instantly and with near-zero costs, all while staying connected to Bitcoin’s core infrastructure.

Our platform supports services like cross-border payments, ramps, pay-ins, payouts, cards, rewards, payroll, FX, treasury, and node management.
