We’re looking for a Partnerships Integration Specialist to join our Hospitality team in North America. You will provide technical, partner-facing support to hospitality integration partners, including customers and technology providers, as they build, launch, and maintain integrations with Lightspeed Hospitality products.

This role supports partners across all stages of the partnership lifecycle and acts as a trusted technical point of contact for questions related to APIs, integration architecture, and hospitality-specific workflows. The Integration Specialist ensures partners receive high-quality guidance, timely support, and a strong overall experience working with Lightspeed’s hospitality platform.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work within the partner service desk to resolve inbound support requests from hospitality integration partners related to Lightspeed Hospitality APIs and integration issues.
  • Provide partners with required credentials, developer accounts, and technical resources needed to build and test integrations.
  • Make configuration changes upon partner request and ensure proper setup of hospitality apps and integrations.
  • Document, troubleshoot, and escalate software defects by submitting clear, detailed tickets to development teams; keep partners informed on progress and resolution.
  • Advocate for partner needs by submitting improvement requests based on partner feedback and common integration challenges.
  • Stay informed on ongoing developments and updates across Lightspeed Hospitality products to provide accurate, timely guidance to partners.

What you need to bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support, integration, or partner-facing role with direct customer or partner interaction.
  • Strong proficiency working with RESTful APIs.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and hospitality use cases.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
  • As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.
  • Ability to balance technical solutions with partner, customer, and market needs.
  • Ability to quickly understand new systems, tools, and hospitality workflows.
  • Positive, collaborative mindset with a strong service orientation.

And a little bit of…

  • Experience with client-side development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with server-side development using Python, PHP, or Ruby.
  • Exposure to hospitality technology ecosystems (POS, payments, online ordering, delivery, reservations, loyalty).
