Founded in 1997, we are Canada’s largest specialist care provider in diabetes and endocrinology. We operate 11 multi-disciplinary centers across Ontario and Alberta, providing care to over 77,000 patients annually.

Our goal is to make diabetes care accessible, comprehensive, and patient-centric. We offer seven programs: Endocrinology Specialist Practice (publicly-funded), a nationally-accredited Diabetes Education Program (publicly-funded), Diabetes Pharmacy, Chiropody & Foot Specialist Care, Optometry & Eye Specialist Care, Mental Health, and Virtual Health Coaching for diabetes prevention and type 2 diabetes management.

Our services are publicly funded through provincial health care plans like OHIP and AHS. Patients benefit from short wait times, flexible schedules, and support in multiple languages.

We have 51 to 200 employees. Our team includes over 50 Endocrinologists, supported by Physician Assistants, Diabetes Educators (Registered Nurses, Registered Dietitians, Pharmacists), Optometrists, Chiropodists, and Clinical Psychologists.
