The opportunity

You’ll own the operational health of LoopMe’s Supply Side Platform — supporting publishers and account managers with technical troubleshooting, shaping supply integrations, and driving the processes that underpin supply growth and monetisation. You’ll act as a trusted consultant to internal stakeholders across Commercial, Product, and Finance, and contribute to building the infrastructure and playbooks that scale the supply operations function.

What you’ll do

  • Support account managers and publishers with technical troubleshooting and serve as the internal expert on LoopMe’s supply-side platform
  • Partner with Product, Finance, and Commercial teams to improve supply-side processes, integrations, and reporting infrastructure
  • Represent Supply Operations in cross-functional projects, shaping company-wide initiatives around supply growth and monetisation
  • Oversee invoicing, reconciliation, and payment cycles, ensuring accuracy and operational excellence at scale
  • Build and maintain documentation, best practices, and playbooks to standardise workflows and enable the team to scale
  • Collaborate across the team using your expertise in programmatic ad operations to proactively prevent recurring issues

What you’ll bring

Essential:

  • 1+ years of experience in adtech or ad operations, preferably on the supply side
  • Working knowledge of programmatic advertising and ad serving
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and BI tools
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Nice to have:

  • Experience with supply-side platforms or SSP integrations
  • Background in invoicing, reconciliation, or operational finance workflows
  • Experience building operational documentation or internal playbooks
