About Lumina
We started Lumina in 2021 as a job community platform in the Human Resources Services industry. We focus on connecting working-class individuals, including blue and grey-collar workers, with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) looking for talent. We are registered and supervised by Kominfo and Kemenaker.
Through our Android application, we offer job seekers several services: automatic CV creation from a completed profile, daily job recommendations, free online classes to earn skill certificates, and career consultation. We also have a community feature where members can connect, share information, and support each other in their career journeys. We are not an outsourcing company and never charge job seekers for applying to jobs.
We list over 50,000 job postings daily from more than 30,000 companies, with over 1,500,000 active job seekers. You can find roles in various fields, including courier/driver, sales and marketing, technician, administration, warehouse and logistics, cleaning and security, beauty and care, health, finance, collection, HR and legal, IT, multimedia and creative, household work, operations, hospitality and tourism, production, retail and F&B, education, and customer service. We partner with companies like Astro, Bluebird, Gojek, Shopee, Grab, Indomaret, and Burger King for job postings.
