About Lyra Health

Lyra Health is the leading provider of mental health solutions for employers supporting more than 20 million people globally. The company has delivered 13 million sessions of mental health care, published more than 20 peer-reviewed studies, and delivered unmatched outcomes in terms of access, clinical effectiveness and cost efficiency. Extensive peer-reviewed research confirms Lyra’s transformative care model helps people recover twice as fast and results in a 26% annual reduction in overall healthcare claims costs. Lyra is transforming access to life-changing mental health care through Lyra Empower, the only fully integrated, AI-powered platform combining the highest-quality care and technology solutions.

About the Role:

The Sr. Enterprise Applications Specialist will play a central role in supporting our mission: transforming access to life-changing mental health care through innovative technology and a human touch.

As a key member of our Enterprise Applications & Identity Management team, you’ll own the management, governance, and optimization of our critical SaaS infrastructure, including driving seamless collaboration, secure identity management, and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment. With a strong security focus, you’ll combine technical depth with outstanding service to keep systems reliable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

We’re searching for a proactive, customer-obsessed professional who excels at juggling priorities in a high-volume setting, delivers exceptional support, and turns challenges into streamlined solutions through creative problem-solving and automation.

Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical owner for Lyra’s suite of third-party SaaS applications and business tools
  • Lead secure administration of user access, configurations, and upgrades across Lyra’s enterprise SaaS ecosystem
  • Monitor key application metrics, performance, and availability in real time; respond promptly to incidents, troubleshoot effectively, and drive quick resolution
  • Provide Tier 23 technical support to all internal business units for application-related issues and IdP configurations
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders through recurring meetings to understand their needs, offer technical guidance, and guarantee applications support key business outcomes
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison for SaaS vendors: guide contract/SLA reviews, build high-performing partnerships, and ensure full compliance with Lyra’s security, regulatory, and privacy standards.
  • Lead proactive license tracking to ensure vendor compliance and eliminate exposure to true-ups, overages, or audit costs.
  • Provide actionable, analytics-based recommendations to management and procurement to optimize renewals and avoid unnecessary true-ups.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in IT administration, enterprise application management, or a similar role
  • Experience leading the management, optimization, and support of core enterprise SaaS applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Atlassian, Workday)
  • Proven expertise in fostering collaboration and partnering effectively with stakeholders across all levels and functions
  • Strong knowledge of Okta IdP principles and configurations
  • Solid understanding of security protocols and data protection best practices
  • Demonstrated expertise in third-party vendor management, from strategic partnerships and SLA enforcement to risk and cost control
  • Familiarity with Software Asset Management tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex licensing models
  • Demonstrated ability to perform financial analysis and cost optimization for software assets
  • Strong proficiency in scripting/programming languages for system automation
