Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

The HR Generalist will report directly to the Director of Operations and is expected to handle all HR functions independently as an individual contributor. The role covers compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE requirements, payroll coordination and statutory contributions, management of employee records, contracts, onboarding, and offboarding. It also includes benefits administration, recruitment support, policy and handbook development, performance appraisal implementation, employee relations and conflict resolution, as well as driving engagement and training initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Compliance with PH labor law and DOLE requirements.
  • Payroll coordination, statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, taxes).
  • Employee records, contracts, onboarding, offboarding.
  • Benefits administration (HMO, insurance).
  • Recruitment support and onboarding.
  • Draft and implement HR policies, handbook, and appraisal process.
  • Employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Engagement and training initiatives.

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (inclusive of 1 hour break); Open for a Hybrid Arrangement
