This is a unique opportunity for someone wanting to put their IT and systems management skills and business administration skills into practice. Working in close collaboration with the Business Support Lead and our service delivery teams, you will be responsible for delivering impeccable customer service to internal and external stakeholders and complete varied tasks.
Job Description
Tasks include but not limited to:
- Manage incoming telephone calls, emails and faxes, providing excellence in customer and client service;
- Accurate referral data entry and maintenance of client files in HMS case management system(s);
- Support teams with customer interactions as required;
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and courier orders;
- Liaison with building management and external contractors to coordinate office cleaning and repairs; maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

- Well-organised with a high attention to detail;
- Logical thinking for IT systems and IT savvy
- Deadline-driven with a good work ethic;
- Willing to learn new skills and show initiative in a busy work environment;

- Customer service focussed.
A certificate in office administration is desirable with proven experience in administration support to a team. You will be offered flexibility, and the opportunity to grow your career within the Cogent Thinking business.
