Job Description

  • Assists Board Members with their daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
  • Coordinates meetings and strategic activities within the Board and with Leadership team
  • Provides assistance as needed to front desk operations to include but is not limited to, answering phones, accepting package and other deliveries, lunchtime relief, and greeting and signing in visitors/guests.
  • Prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in providing support for upper-level management and business assistance
  • Advanced in English
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders,
  • Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
  • Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.
  • Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

METRO’s Head Office follows a hybrid working model! We work remotely on Fridays, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere. Plus, each year, you can choose two additional weeks to work remotely on your own terms!
