Job Description

We are looking for a commercially driven Multi-Property Revenue Manager to join our dynamic Revenue team. In this role you will be responsible for driving revenue performance across a portfolio of sub Saharan African properties, ensuring optimal pricing, distribution, and demand strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective multi-property revenue strategies to maximise RevPAR, ADR, and overall profitability

  • Analyse market trends, demand patterns, competitor pricing, and booking behaviour to support data-driven decision-making

  • Manage pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies across all channels (OTAs, direct, wholesale, corporate, MICE)

  • Partner closely with General Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align commercial strategies

  • Prepare and present regular revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance reports

  • Optimise use of revenue management systems and tools to ensure accuracy and consistency

  • Support new initiatives and promotions

  • Ensure revenue strategies are aligned with brand standards and regional objectives

Qualifications

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a Revenue Management role, preferably within hospitality and multi-property environments

  • Strong understanding of Southern African markets (experience in Zambia or similar regions will be an advantage)

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and commercial performance

  • Advanced analytical skills with strong Excel and revenue system capability

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple properties remotely
