Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to support our U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) client. In this role, you will manage an interdisciplinary team to deliver data-powered products and services to inform decision-making and improve Veteran-facing services. If you have experience defining product requirements and making strategic decisions, leading product development from proof of concept to launch, and bridging gaps between customers and cross-functional teams, we’d love to hear from you.

This role is remote.

What You’ll Do

  • Uncover complex problems and break them down into components.

  • Prioritize work from concept to delivery, and drive toward desired outcomes with evidence-based decisions and attention to detail.

  • Understand opportunities and constraints across business, technical architecture, and end-user needs.

  • Design for change by creating and nurturing relationships with stakeholders across the product ecosystem, proactively engaging impacted stakeholders to ensure the seamless rollout of new solutions and features.

  • Engage peers within the government ecosystem to proactively and collaboratively problem solve issues that impact our ability to deliver desired outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of industry experience in software development and product management overseeing complex projects with numerous stakeholders.

  • An outcome-oriented approach focused on delivering value to end users.

  • Experience translating technical requirements to non-technical audiences.

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams using agile methodologies.

  • A desire to seek different perspectives, and ask for help when needed.

  • Experience uncovering processes, methods, tools and evolving approaches to align with client expectations.

  • Ability to write and express complex ideas clearly and succinctly.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with the federal government (VA experience preferred)

  • Familiarity with data science and data engineering principles

  • Familiarity using service design-informed research approaches

$100,000 - $115,000 a year

Compensation

Compensation for this role is an annualized salary range of $ 100,000 to $ 115,000 plus bene fi ts and growth poten ti al.

Placement within this range will be based on the competency level of the candidate. An offer will be made at one of the following tiers:

  • Tier 1: $ 100,000— Meets minimum qualification/experience requirements. Beyond onboarding, will need additional guidance and training to perform key responsibilities of the role.

  • Tier 2: $ 108,000— Experienced and fully-competent. Beyond onboarding, can independently perform key responsibilities of the role.

  • Tier 3: $ 115,000— Highly-experienced and can perform all responsibilities of the role at a higher level than expected once onboarding is completed.

To ensure equity and consistency across our compensation system, MO applies a structured salary framework. Offers are made within the posted range based on demonstrated competency and experience. This range is non-negotiable to maintain internal and external pay equity.

Employment eligibility is also subject to applicable state labor laws and remote work registration requirements. Candidates in the Washington, DC region are preferred.

The contract this position supports requires US Citizenship.

This position will remain open through May 11th, 2026.

In support of the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, and others like it across the country, MO’s job descriptions feature the starting range we reasonably expect to pay to candidates who would join our team with little to no need for training on the responsibilities we’ve outlined above. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and responsibility.
