We are seeking a highly intelligent, data-driven professional to join our team as a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Product Associate. In this role, you’ll help own optimizing and innovating digital products across our Home Services websites with the goal of driving higher revenue and user conversions. Your work will span landing pages, lead generation forms, and search-and-compare tools across multiple media channels.

We’re also excited about the role that AI can play in advancing our optimization efforts. From uncovering deeper insights to enabling more personalized experimentation, AI offers new ways to scale what works, and you’ll help lead the charge in putting these ideas into practice. Above all, you’ll be focused on creating meaningful value for our customers and homeowners by delivering seamless, high-converting experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for helping to build the web product roadmap and strategy (widgets, lead gen forms and search-and-compare experiences) for external partners alongside account managers, media partners and analytics team.
  • Helping to manage the digital product roadmap and pipeline, overseeing the creation and launch of new products to improve performance, efficiency & scalability of our digital portfolio
  • Working autonomously with a cross-functional team of developers, site managers, and designers to deliver new products and user flows to improve user engagement and monetization across our network of websites
  • Identifying high-growth/high-revenue opportunities and helping to execute on them, A/B testing, measuring them and optimizing their performance across the portfolio

Build reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders involved in projects.

  • Communicate results and plan next steps to keep improving site performance and measure the ROI on our efforts.
  • Interacting with cross-functional teams (client managers, engineers, creative, data analysts) and become a resource for other business managers

Requirements

  • BA/BS required in Business, Economics, Marketing or related
  • 1+ years of experience in product management
  • Ability to adapt to different scopes of projects, not limited to only UX projects but also projects surrounding improving product scalability, establishing standard operating procedures (SOP) and launching new technologies.
  • Capability to prioritize projects, while juggling with several parallel work streams
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to translate findings into strategic implications. Strong excel & data analysis skills and a willingness to “get your hands dirty” with data
  • Ability to manage projects and meet tight deadlines across cross-functional groups while keeping all stakeholders involved in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional creativity and ability to “push the envelope” in the pursuit of unrealized opportunities
  • Initiative, a sense of urgency, and an adaptable “can do” attitude; enthusiasm for challenges and strong work ethic
  • A/B testing/conversion rate optimization experience is preferred

The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 USD to $75,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.
