Founded in the United States in 1985, we provide venue and event management software. Our platform helps organizations simplify bookings, improve event operations, and increase venue revenue. Our software is used by over 60,000 people in more than 57 countries, including staff at convention centers, universities, corporate campuses, stadiums, arenas, and arts venues. Thousands of venues use our platform to manage millions of events each year.

We offer software for event management, scheduling, booking, and registration. This includes CRM for the events industry, ERP software, financial accounting (AP/AR/GL), and room booking software. We have specific product lines: Momentus Enterprise for corporate campuses, colleges, universities, and convention centers; Momentus Elite for stadiums, arenas, and performing arts centers; and Momentus WeTrack for all venue types.

Ungerboeck rebranded as Momentus Technologies in January 2023 after acquiring EventBooking, Priava, Showorks, and Risk Manager. Our platform helps users identify schedule gaps, coordinate venue staff and resources, and access real-time event analytics.
