Job Description
As an Implementation and Delivery Consultant you will be part of a motivated and highly skilled agile team that designs, develops, deploys, personalizes, and supports client onboardings. This role requires a balance between hands-on implementation and effective project coordination to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions to clients.
Responsibilities:
· Support CRM and ERP software implementation projects for clients with 5-500 users.
· Deliver for multiple projects, including planning, task and deliverable definition, quality control, risk analysis, and reporting.
· Identify business needs, document requirements, and ensure smooth delivery while supporting clients through the implementation process.
· Develop detailed project plans and track activities against timelines, ensuring timely reporting and risk mitigation.
· Design and deliver key stakeholder training on system configuration as well as end-user training.
· Conduct integration requirement workshops and write detailed specifications in collaboration with development teams.
· Draft and maintain project deliverables such as project plans, change orders, and closing reports.
· Collaborate with customers and other relevant stakeholders
· Facilitate and assist with meetings related to all aspects of the project life cycle.
· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while managing potential risks and changes.
· Maintain comprehensive project documentation and use established processes for project delivery and co-ordination.
· Participate in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings.
· Identify business needs, document requirements, and ensure smooth delivery whilst supporting clients through the implementation process.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Enterprise SaaS or Software Implementation.
· Strong experience with software integration projects.
· Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
· Relevant project management certifications are a plus but not required.
· Experience with Mavenlink (Kantata) and/or Momentus Software is a plus.
· Venue and/or Exhibition industry experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
· Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
· Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to changing project requirements.
· Customer-focused with a results-oriented approach.
· Ability and availability for infrequent travel (up to 20%) to client sites for face-to-face meetings.
· Software Configuration Experience
