Role: Administrative Assistant

Salary: $50,000/year

Location: Chicago, IL (in-person for 6 months; hybrid schedule after training period)

The role:

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our administrative team with day-to-day tasks that keep things running smoothly. This role is a great fit for someone who’s organized, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting team workflows, keeping records organized, and helping coordinate across teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the administrative team
  • Help manage and update internal administrative records and documentation
  • Help prepare and organize annual reports and related paperwork
  • Help manage office supplies and support general office organization
  • Monitor shared inboxes and route messages or requests to the right team members
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and processing
  • Track daily administrative tasks and activity as requested
  • Help work through administrative backlogs and ongoing support items
  • Take on additional administrative tasks as needed

Skills you bring:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working with routine, process-driven tasks
  • Strong computer skills and willingness to learn internal systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to work well as part of a team

Schedule:

  • First 6 months (training period): In-office 5 days per week
  • After 6 months: Eligible for up to 3 work-from-home days per week
