About the role
We’re looking for a skilled C Developer to join our IT team. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and maintain reliable, high-performance C modules for embedded systems — from kernel-level components to reusable libraries that integrate cleanly with higher-level languages.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build clean, maintainable C code
- Develop kernel modules and libraries for embedded systems
- Implement and optimize for quality and performance
- Identify bottlenecks, bugs, and integration issues
- Test code for quality, reliability, and durability
- Maintain automated testing and code quality standards
- Create reusable code that integrates seamlessly with higher-level languages (Java, Go, Node.js, Python)
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience as a C Developer
- Strong proficiency in C, with in-depth knowledge of STL and Boost
- Working knowledge of at least one OOP language (Java, Python, C#, or C++)
- Experience with embedded systems and low-level hardware interactions
- Familiarity with debugging/analysis tools such as Valgrind and Lint
- Solid understanding of version control systems (Git, SVN, or Mercurial)
- Strong systems design and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Linux systems
- Familiarity with Lua
- Familiarity with XML
