Why Neocol?
Neocol partners with the world’s most innovative subscription businesses to solve complex, high-impact challenges and unlock scalable growth. As a leading Salesforce Summit Partner, we bring deep expertise in Agentforce Revenue Management and the broader Salesforce ecosystem to help customers transform how they sell, service, and scale.
What sets Neocol apart is not just our technical depth, but how we work. We’ve built proven playbooks, accelerators, and delivery models that empower teams to move quickly, confidently, and with purpose — always with a focus on meaningful outcomes. At Neocol, you’ll join a team that values expertise, curiosity, and ownership — and gives you the opportunity to make a measurable impact in the subscription economy.
What You’ll Do
As a Salesforce Sales Performance Management (SPM) Technical Lead, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of Salesforce SPM solutions at Neocol. You will combine deep SPM domain expertise with strong Salesforce platform and technical leadership skills to design, implement, and govern scalable, accurate, and auditable performance management solutions.
This role involves owning and leading the technical and functional delivery of SPM implementations, including data modeling, attribution logic, quota and attainment calculations, and deployment strategy. You may own portions of the solution design or partner closely with a Solution Architect, while ensuring delivery quality and consistency across project teams.
You will ensure effective communication on projects by tailoring explanations to client comprehension levels while maintaining the necessary technical precision within the internal delivery context.
- Lead the technical and functional delivery of Salesforce SPM implementations, including Sales Planning, crediting, quotas, attainment, and performance tracking.
- Translate client business requirements into scalable and maintainable SPM solution designs and configurations.
- Design and govern SPM data models, including transactions, credits, participants, and time periods.
- Lead data rationalization, transformation, and loading from upstream systems such as Sales Cloud, CPQ, ERP, or billing platforms.
- Own complex attribution, crediting, quota, and period-alignment logic to ensure accurate and explainable results.
- Perform technical and solution reviews to ensure scalability, accuracy, and long-term maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Sales Operations, Finance, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
- Serve as Release Manager for SPM workstreams, owning deployment strategy, execution, and environment management.
- Manage source control, review and merge pull requests, and execute deployments to production with rollback support as needed.
- Coach and mentor junior SPM consultants and technical team members.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Salesforce implementation experience, with hands-on delivery of Salesforce SPM or Sales Planning solutions.

- Strong Excel skills, including the ability to analyze, validate, and reconcile complex data sets.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SPM configurations and solution designs.
- Experience collaborating with Sales Operations, Finance, and technical stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a delivery environment.
What Would Set You Apart
- NetSuite ERP Consultant and/or SuiteCloud Developer certifications.
