Job description
Weβre looking for a Go-To-Market Engineer to support the setup and optimization of marketing and sales automation systems for SMB clients. This is a hands-on, technical role focused on backend implementation, integrations, and workflow automation rather than traditional marketing.
What Youβll Do
- Configure and manage marketing automation tools (e.g., Clay and similar platforms)
- Build and maintain automated GTM workflows and sequences
- Set up and manage integrations between CRMs and outbound tools
- Troubleshoot automation, data, and integration issues
- Optimize workflows for scalability across multiple clients
- Collaborate remotely with a US-based client-facing team
What Weβre Looking For
- Experience with marketing automation or RevOps / Sales Ops tools
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Workflow logic mindset and problem-solving skills
- Curiosity and ability to quickly learn new tools
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
Nice to Have
Experience with Clay or data enrichment tools
Familiarity with Zapier, Make, or APIs
Exposure to outbound sales tooling
Light technical or scripting experience

This is a 100% home-based position
