Job description

What we do.

We are a VoIP telecommunications provider for businesses in Canada. We supply a communications solution aimed at improving the way Canadian organizations connect - our solutions are available through your browser, mobile device, and desk phone.

Who we are.

Net2phone Canada is breaking down the pre-conceived barriers in Canadian Telecom.

We are a true Customer Success focused organization; which means doing our best to ensure our VoIP platform and communication services are tailored to our clients specific needs; and supported with speed, knowledge, precision and friendliness.

Providing the absolute best customer experience is always our top priority.

About the role.

As we continue to strengthen our alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations, the Revenue Enablement Specialist will play a pivotal role in empowering our revenue-generating teams to achieve sustainable growth. This is not just a tactical data-entry role, it’s a strategic, cross-functional position focusing on enabling our people, processes, and technologies to perform at their best.

You’ll help define and execute enablement initiatives that align with business goals, optimise our revenue engine end-to-end, and ensure that our teams are equipped, informed and agile.

What you’ll do.

  • Conduct needs assessments across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify enablement gaps and priorities.
  • Create and contribute to content assets, playbooks, documentation and knowledge libraries that support every stage of the customer and revenue journey.
  • Drive the adoption, optimization and governance of revenue-enablement technologies and tools (incl. CRM, enablement platforms, learning management systems) to maximize ROI.
  • Own the end-to-end lead management process, ensuring smooth flow from marketing acquisition through sales qualification and customer success handoff.
  • Partner with Marketing to define and execute lead scoring models, campaign frameworks, and outbound cadence structures within Salesforce and related tools.
  • Analyze performance data and enablement metrics (content adoption, tool usage, team productivity, pipeline acceleration, win rates) to inform strategy and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Partner with business stakeholders—Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations—to ensure enablement initiatives align with broader revenue goals and drive a unified revenue motion.
  • Lead strategic enablement projects from conception through delivery, working in agile fashion to manage timelines, change management, stakeholder communication and impact tracking.

What you need to be a Revenue Enablement Specialist with us.

  • 2+ years of experience or education in sales environments, operations or related strategic role
  • Proven ability to design and deliver training, onboarding and continuous learning initiatives
  • Strong content-creation skills (playbooks, knowledge assets, process documentation)
  • Hands-on experience with enablement technologies and platforms (e.g., sales enablement tools, LMS, Salesforce, other CRMs)
  • Excellent analytical skills—able to interpret metrics, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong business acumen, with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; French proficiency required (English is primary working language)
  • Mandatory in-office presence in Ottawa 3–5 days per week as needed

What we offer:

  • Learning opportunities and growth
  • $2,000 in health & wellness benefits
  • Paid time off, sick & family days as well as paid volunteer days
  • A modern office (stand-up desks, collaborative rooms, green/outdoor space)
  • A work hard/play hard mentality (volleyball, yoga, bbq’s)

Job Type: Full Time Location: Ottawa, Ontario (In-office presence required 3–5 days per week)

Reports To: Senior Director of Operations & Sales Director

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-6pm EST, with varying shifts within these working hours. Hybrid in-office and remote work schedule, 3-5 days a week in office depending on department requirements. Compensation: 50,000 CAD annually with yearly bonus potential of $7,500

Looking for a change? Want to do something new? Need to make a difference? It’s time to learn, do, and become more than you ever thought possible.
