The Commerce Team Lead owns OBDeleven’s B2B growth engine. This role drives B2B revenue, partnerships, pricing, and market expansion, working closely with Product, Marketing, and Finance to scale OBDeleven as a leading automotive diagnostics and software platform.

What You’ll Own

  • B2B Sales & Revenue Growth

    • Own global B2B revenue across workshops, fleets, distributors, and partners
    • Define B2B sales strategy, targets, priorities and forecasts
    • Own B2B pricing models, packaging, and discounting logic
    • Build and optimize scalable sales processes and commercial deals
    • Plan B2B partner activations, exhibitions and engagements
    • Support marketing with commercial insights, ICPs, and proof points
  • Business Development & Partnerships

    • Develop strategic partnerships and new business opportunities
    • Support market entry and expansion in priority regions
    • Plan supporting product manufacturing and business models
    • Participate in go-to-market initiatives for new B2B/B2C initiatives
    • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering

What We Expect From You

  • Proven experience leading B2B sales or commercial growth in a SaaS, tech, or platform business
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategy, deal structuring, and commercial negotiations
  • Experience working with mid-market and enterprise customers or partners
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams
  • Data-driven mindset with experience owning revenue, pipeline, and forecasting KPIs
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution and ownership mentality
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment

Gross salary in a range: 4800 - 7170 EUR/Month, depending on your experience
