About the role

  • As a Security Risk Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design and continuous improvement of enterprise-level security risk practices to protect our information assets. Your key focus will be on developing a company-wide risk strategy, identifying technical vulnerabilities, and overseeing third-party risk management. By leveraging threat modeling, incident response frameworks, and data-driven metrics, you will drive strategic alignment across the organization and strengthen our overall security posture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of security and risk management practices across the organization to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
  • Develop and execute a company-wide security risk strategy aligned with business and technology goalsIdentify, assess, and prioritize technical and operational security risks across products, infrastructure, and services; define and execute mitigation plans to minimize business impact
  • Drive and oversee third-party security risk management activities, including vendor assessments and risk remediation
  • Establish and maintain robust threat modeling and incident response frameworks to ensure proactive risk management and fast recoveryUse metrics, OKRs, and performance indicators to measure and continuously improve the maturity of SRM practices
  • Represent SRM in cross-functional leadership forums and contribute to the strategic direction of the broader security organization

Expected Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience)7+ years of experience in security or risk management, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or team management role
  • Proven track record in establishing and maturing enterprise-level security risk management frameworksStrong experience in incident management, threat modeling, and third-party risk management
  • Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and prioritization
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are preferred
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
