At OBDeleven, we have created the world’s No1 diagnostic tool for car drivers.
We’re looking for a Creative Team Lead to take full ownership of OBDeleven’s creative direction and lead the team that will shape our creative and content into a media powerhouse. Your core mission will be to turn creative into a demand-generation machine and position OBDeleven as a dominant voice in modern automotive media.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead and shape OBDeleven’s creative vision across all brand touchpoints, both online and offline.
- Build, manage, and mentor a creative team that works like an in-house media unit.
- Set and maintain creative standards for social, ads, YouTube, podcasts, packaging, merchandise, and events.
- Guide creative direction for marketing campaigns, product launches, and growth projects.
- Create a clear content system for short- and long-form formats to drive brand awareness and product demand.
- Build efficient processes to quickly produce high-quality content and ads with the performance marketing team.
- Oversee OBDeleven’s podcast, future media projects, and physical brand items like merch and packaging.
- Work closely with Customer, Product, Sales, and Performance teams to make sure creative work drives results.
Key Competencies
- Experience in senior creative roles (Creative Director, Head of Creative, or similar).
- Proven track record of building and leading multidisciplinary creative teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign leadership, content direction, and brand building at scale.
- Deep understanding of social media and performance-driven creative.
- Ability to connect creative ideas to measurable business growth outcomes.
- Experience creating structured creative systems and workflows.
- High standards and confident decision-making.
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian.

Gross salary in a range: 4200 – 5700 €/month (depends on your experience)
