OBDeleven is all about making car tech easy and accessible for everyone. For over 10 years, we’ve been building powerful yet simple diagnostic and customization tools for car enthusiasts worldwide.

As we continue our global expansion, we’re looking for a Head of Commerce to lead and scale OBDeleven’s commercial growth across international markets.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping and executing our commercial strategy across B2B sales, distribution partnerships, marketplaces, pricing, and new business opportunities. You’ll play a key role in expanding our presence across Europe, the US, and other strategic markets while helping transform OBDeleven into a globally recognized automotive technology platform.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive revenue growth across B2B sales, distributors, strategic partnerships, and commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Etsy
  • Define and execute commercial strategy across international markets, with a strong focus on expansion and sustainable growth
  • Identify, develop, and onboard new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels
  • Own pricing, bundling, and monetization strategies to maximize profitability and customer value
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key partners, distributors, and strategic accounts
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to continuously improve OBDeleven’s positioning
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams to bring commercial opportunities to market
  • Build scalable commercial processes, forecasting models, and performance management frameworks
  • Lead and develop commercial teams, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives
  • Represent OBDeleven at international meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

We expect:

  • 7+ years of experience in commercial leadership, business development, sales, e-commerce, or related commercial roles
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams and developing high-performing commercial organizations
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in international markets
  • Strong commercial and strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and turn them into measurable business results
  • Experience developing and executing commercial strategies across multiple sales channels, including partnerships, distributors, and direct commerce
  • Strong understanding of pricing, profitability, forecasting, and commercial performance management
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven decision-making skills and confidence using commercial metrics to guide business growth
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required
  • Fluent spoken and written English.

Salary range

Gross salary from 6000 EUR/month, plus monthly performance-based bonuses tied to individual and company results.
