What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn product ideas into user-focused, well-implemented features.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code that enables scalability, fast iteration, and experimentation.
- Contribute to technical decisions and architecture, helping improve team processes, tools, and development practices.
- Deliver features and experiments efficiently, and iterate based on feedback and data.
- Understand user needs and product goals, take part in prototyping and usability testing, and use design systems effectively.
- Own iOS features or areas, communicate technical trade-offs clearly, and suggest improvements to the product.
- Use Kotlin Multiplatform to build and maintain shared business logic and UI where appropriate.
What We Expect From You
- Strong experience in native iOS development using Swift and SwiftUI.
- Experience building, shipping, and maintaining production iOS apps, including at least one published application.
- Good understanding of iOS architecture and best practices, with the ability to independently implement features.
- Experience with automated testing and code quality practices, such as unit/UI tests, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Basic understanding of experimentation and A/B testing, including metrics and result evaluation (hands-on experience is a plus).
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, with strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
- Professional proficiency in English; fluency in Lithuanian is required.
- Familiarity with Android (Kotlin), backend technologies (e.g. Nest.js), or open-source contributions is a plus.

Gross salary in a range: 3300 - 7400€ gross/month (depends on your experience)
